Before starting your online reservation, please note the following:

  • No commission is charged when you book currency online.
  • You can reserve currency for an amount between €100 and €2,998.
  • The displayed exchange rate does not apply to travellers’ cheques or coins.
  • The exchange rate shown is valid only for orders collected on the same day of reservation. If you schedule your pickup for a future date, the applicable exchange rate will be the one valid on the day of collection.
  • To cancel your reservation, please call us at +39 06 40419649 or email us at customercare@interchangefx.com.
  • Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, or credit card.
Just a few clicks to book your currency online:
  1. Choose the branch where you would like to collect your currency.
  2. Enter the amount and currency required, wait a moment for the conversion to update, then click “Reserve Cash”.
  3. Select your preferred collection date and approximate time.
  4. Fill in the form with your personal details.
  5. Confirm your order.

You will receive a summary of your order by email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order ID.
