You can book currency to the value of 100 EUR to 10 000 EUR, to be collected in banknotes. Please note that these rates are not valid for travellers’ cheques and coins. If you want to change currency for an amount that is valued at more than 10 000 EUR, please contact us in advance on service.austria@interchangefx.com.

Nützliche Informationen

Before you start your online reservation or purchase, please note the following:

• There is no commission charge when you book or purchase currency online.
• You can order or purchase currency up to the value 10.000.- Euro.
• If you reserve or purchase cash valued at 1.000.- Euro or more, you will be requested to fill out additional details (including but not limited to: address and identification details) in order to complete your online order or purchase.
• The displayed exchange rate is available only for orders that are collected on the date of reservation or for purchase online. If you reserve currency for collection at a future date, the online exchange rate on the date of collection will apply. If you purchase currency online for collection at a future date, the displayed exchange rate applies.
• Please make sure you choose the most convenient branch, whether departing or arriving. Interchange has a total of 7 branches located in the Vienna International Airport.
• If you want to cancel your reservation, please email us on service.austria@interchangefx.com. If you do not collect your currency on the collection date selected, your order will expire automatically at midnight the same day.
• If you want to cancel your purchase, please email us on service.austria@interchangefx.com. We are able to refund your purchase but a cancellation fee will be charged. If you do not collect your currency on the collection date selected or within 72 hours of that date, your purchase will be automatically cancelled and refunded to your card, but a cancellation fee will be charged.

Just a few clicks to reserve or purchase your currency online:

1. Choose where you wish to collect your currency
2. Fill in the requested amount and currency, wait a moment until the amount is calculated, and click on “Buy Cash” or “Reserve Cash”
3. Select a branch you wish to collect your currency.
4. Choose the collection day and approximate time
5. Process your order or purchase.

You will receive a summary of your order or purchase by email to the address provided. After your order or payment is confirmed, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order ID number.

Please present the following at your chosen Interchange branch when you collect your currency: order ID number, credit/debit card used for the online payment and valid ID for identification purposes. The name on the card must match the identification document provided. Interchange reserves the right to ask for further information and identification (such as proof of residential address) in accordance with its anti-money laundering policies.
