If you want to change currency for an amount that is valued at more than 10 000 EUR, please contact us in advance at customerservice.france@interchangefx.com.

Useful Information

Before you start your online reservation, please note the following:

• There is no commission charge when you book currency online.
• You can book currency to the value of 10 EUR to 10 000 EUR, to be collected in banknotes. Please note that these rates are not valid for coins. If you want to change currency for an amount that is valued at more than 10 000 EUR, please contact us in advance at customerservice.france@interchangefx.com.
• If you reserve or purchase cash valued at EUR 1,000 or more, you will be requested to fill out additional details (including but not limited to: address and identification details) in order to complete your online order or purchase.
• The displayed exchange rate is available only for orders that are collected on the date of reservation or for purchase online. If you reserve currency for collection at a future date, the online exchange rate on the date of collection will apply. If your purchase currency online for collection at a future date, the displayed exchange rate applies.
• If you want to cancel your reservation, please email us at customerservice.france@interchangefx.com. If you do not collect your currency on the collection date selected, your order will expire automatically at midnight the same day.
• Cancellation fees will amount to 5% of the total amount of the order. Your credit or debit card issuer may charge you a processing fee. As these charges are not applied by Interchange France, they are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.

Just a few clicks to reserve your currency online:

1. Fill in the requested amount and currency, wait a moment until the amount is calculated, and click on “Buy Cash” or “Reserve Cash”
2. Select a branch you wish to collect your currency.
3. Choose the collection day and approximate time
4. Process your order or purchase.

You will receive a summary of your order or purchase by email to the address provided. After your order is confirmed, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order ID number. Please present the following at your chosen Interchange branch when you collect your currency: order ID number and valid ID for identification purposes. The name on the card must match the identification document provided. Interchange reserves the right to ask for further information and identification (such as proof of residential address and origin of funds) in accordance with its anti-money laundering policies.
