The rate displayed is the rate available for orders collected the same day. In the case of a reservation made for collection on a future date, the online rate on the collection date will apply.

You can book currency to the value of 100 EUR to 2 998 EUR, to be collected in banknotes. Please note that these rates are not valid for travellers’ cheques and coins. If you want to change currency for an amount that is valued at more than 2 998 EUR, please contact us in advance on 0039 0640419649 or 0039 0640068579.

Before you start your online reservation, please note the following:

  • There is no commission charge when you book currency online.
  • You can order currency to the value of Euro 10 to Euro 10.000.
  • If you reserve cash valued at Euro 1.000 or more, you will be requested to fill out additional fields (personal ID number and its validity, address, questions relating to your political exposure), in order to complete your online order.
  • The displayed exchange rate is not valid for travellers’ cheques and coins.
  • The displayed exchange rate is available only for orders that are collected on the date of reservation. If you reserve currency for collection at a future date, the online exchange rate on the date of collection will apply.
  • If you plan to collect your currency at the airport, please make sure you choose the most convenient branch, whether departing or arriving. Interchange has a total of 11 branches located in both T1 and T2, in public and transit areas.
  • If you want to cancel your reservation, please call us on 0039 06 6861441, or email us at interchange.italia@interchange.it. If you do not collect your currency on the collection date selected, your order will expire automatically at midnight the same day.
  • Payment for your currency is only possible in cash.
Just a few clicks to reserve your currency online:
  1. Choose where you wish to collect your currency: in downtown Prague or at Prague Airport
  2. Fill in the requested amount and currency, wait a little until the amount in the other field is calculated, and click on “Reserve Cash”
  3. Select a branch you wish to collect your currency.
  4. Choose the collection day and approximate time
  5. Process your order

You will receive a summary of your order by email to the address provided. After your order is confirmed, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order ID number.
